Me and other veiwers in Cenima 2 at this location (Metroplex) sat in ahot cenima room with no AC turned on. Me and Other male veiwers actually had to take our shirts off just to have some comfort.
Before the movie (Mortal Kombat 2) started I personally requested the cenima attendant to switch the AC on for us. And he said he was right on it but 20 mins into the movie still no AC and that remained the same until the movie ended.
I made acomplaint about the issue at the end to another attendant and i requested to speak to the manager who was not present.

Good staff, but the screen wasn’t very bright.

I love it there always, it gives private vibes😁😁
