I ordered a cake from HotLoaf Bakery and provided clear specifications, expecting a well-made product for my special occasion. To my disappointment, what I received was completely different from what I requested—far below expectations in both design and quality. It’s frustrating to trust a bakery with something important, only to be let down. If you’re looking for a reliable place to get a cake for your special event, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. These guys will disappoint you if given the chance! So disappointed!

Went for a business visit but security did not let me in even to reception. Very rude and I wonder how you do business if you are unaccessible

It's real a place where everyone would  yearn to pick up something

In some of the outlets products stay for too long and therefore get stale on the shelves, this has happened not once not twice . And staff don't seem concerned about feedback,  they protect even the bad in your face as long as it's already paid for. E.G frequently check the shelf life of bans and meat sumbusas , pleaseè

I had ordered cake from Malimbus foods for the 1st time for my Anniversary.
The cake was absolutely delightful! It had a perfect balance of sweetness, a moist and fluffy texture, and a rich crunchy caramel flavor that melted in mouth. The frosting was smooth and not overly sweet, complementing the cake beautifully. A truly delicious treat!
I would definitely order in future.

I ordered black forest, and I and a bunch of people enjoyed the cake a lot. The cake was not a dense black forest, but I really liked it light, soft, fluffy, moist and not so sweet. I usually don't like the cream, but even the cream was nice!

Also, the lady who was in charge was super professional. I think she is the one who baked and even delivered herself. On time. Five stars indeed!

Very genuine people I always buy cakes From malimbus and they never let me down even sometimes they delivered under two hours request
