5/5 stars! Faibanet Uganda has been a game-changer for me! Their internet services are fast, reliable, and affordable even for the entry packag (70k). The connection is stable, and I've experienced minimal downtime. The customer support team is responsive and helpful. I've been with them for a while now, and I'm thoroughly impressed.

Worst internet provider. Pay money at your own risk. They are just after your money. They make you pay for a subscription and after that, they don’t pick calls. They lie that someone is coming to install but they never come. They claim to have 24/7 customer support. That’s a lie cause when you send them a message, they don’t respond or work on you. They say 72 hours but honestly they take weeks to install. Very frustrating internet service provider. I suggest you stick to the Airtel and MtN however expensive. Faibanet will frustrate you and you will regret having paid your money.
All their workers just lie and never tell the truth.

I regret having paid my money. Also note, they say they refund but they don’t. Only pay money when you’re willing to let it go. They don’t even deserve one star

WORST SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!!!!!

The internet is incredibly unstable alot of the times. When I game it lags me into oblivion that mobile data is faster and I have to buy that if I wanna play in peace. They even removed their silver subscription so we pay for a higher one and guess what, there was no difference in speed and It even felt worse infact. Why is my airtel data outperforming your wifi in stability. I dont care if its fast if it isnt stable your internet is useless to me. It tells us we get 60 mbps but can that old router you gave us even use all that. We're switching providers, do better

I’ve repeatedly had issues renewing my subscription due to glitches on your website. This happens almost every month and takes far too long to resolve. It’s frustrating to experience the same payment problem over and over. Please fix your payment system — customers shouldn’t struggle to pay for a service they’re trying to use.

Customer care agents are really not professional and when you need help about an issue, they lie and say they will call you back but they never do. I got so frustrated by calling them back all the time.. Literally begging for help for services that I paid for. I had to let them go and subscribe to a better company than Faibanet. Good riddance!!!!

@la_cueva offers exquisite dining in #KampalaNtinda.

Had dinner at this restaurant whilst on a business trip in Uganda. Wow, everything was great. The atmosphere and layout was stunning. The waiters and service we experienced was impeccable.

As for the food, well that was a complete different story. The food was at another level. Hats off to their chefs as they sure know what they are doing. I had the full grilled tilapia and my colleague had the pan fried goat. And the side of plantain, well all I can say is, have it. Both dishes were worthy of being on any of the best restaurants globally.

Would I recommend a meal there? Without a doubt - YES!!!

The service is great, the seating and ambience is spot on and the food is a global and thoughtful selection.
The banana pancakes were worth reordering, the bagel sandwich a bit dry, and the scramble a nice tasty dish.

I was looking forward to eating at The Patio and honestly I was not dissapointed.

I first went to Livara in kyanja  but due to the queue being 12 people long with a limited staff, I decided to go to the Livara salon in Ntinda for blow drying and plaiting natural twists. Because of time constraints and largely because the stylist seemed tired, I skipped the blow drying and did the wash. I honestly don’t think I’ll be going back to the Ntinda branch any time soon. One of the receptionists, the taller darker one, had an attitude for whatever reason and the same level of customer care I’ve experienced from the Kyanja branch is evidently missing there. The twists I got also could have turned out a lot better. Disappointing experience overall.

If I could not give a star i would.i went to livara intinda on 21st July at around 2:30.my first impression from the reception was ok...the gals at the front desk appeared tired but were nice.i wanted my 5yr old daughter to be plaited and I was to be unplaited and do treatment.they started working on us immediately but the whole ordeal went down south when by 6pm my daughters hair was not as close to half way done.i was very patient I didnt want to complain despite me noticing that there was only the one gal working on my daughter.my daughter was doing short noteless braids with curls at the end.these managers couldn't get another person to help the gal doing my daughters hair.at some point by 7pm two of the employees came and started doing each other's hair right next to us and even after being asked to help they declined and continued chatting and laughing away.i had to go to the managers and complain,this was 8pm!!Tuesday morning the curls had come out of my daughters hair!
I will never go back to this salon and I would not recommend it at all.no efficiency at all and the work is substandard.

As always the customer care here is impeccable. The ladies and gentlemen are usually friendly and down to earth. I like their products although sometimes I get allergy from some of them... Never known which one exactly... So I just use the moisturizer for my hair.

Great ave for Natural Hair.

Livara  service was great especially for a person like me transitioning to natural hair. Only challenge  was I had to wait for quite sometime maybe that can be attributed to high demand. That aside I purchased their hair products and they lived up to their expectations

@nerves_and_bones_rehabilitation_center, located in Ntinda, Uganda, provides professional physiotherapy and alternative therapy services.

I suffered severe Nerve damage in 2022. Having seen over 5 Neurologists nothing helped. But I want to thank Dr Steven who walked with me through recovery from the day i stepped into Nerves & Bones the pain was greatly managed without medication. After several visits i was able to recover well. Thank you for restoring my Hope🙏

The person that claims to be a Chiropractor is not a qualified or registered Chiropractor. Beware! Ensure the professional that you visit has the correct qualifications.

Came with a paining jaw joint that had lasted over a year. glad that after a series of visits and treatment, the clicking sounds left diminished and the pain too disappeared. thank you, looking foward for another appointment to check on my knee and shoulder joints too as they are affected by my office duties.

I appreciated my treatment of my injury here.It was a long wait at reception area as I was a walk- in patient and that’s how I found its best to book and appointment for your visit. Consequently the staff even call you to remind you to keep your appointment.They do try to respect appointments.
Consultation is somewhat pricey as you have to pay Ugx 100,000 for consultation then pay for treatment and scan on need to basis.

I am very sorry for this over due review. I promised Bridget some months ago that I would post a review.

I first came to Nerves and Bones at the end of December 2023 with severe low back and sciatic pain.

Dr Ruth and Dr Steven gave me a very extensive assessment, and then a treatment plan was developed.
Dr Ruth and her team of therapists were always available for consultation and evaluation/ progress along the way.

I valued the treatment I was receiving and I was experiencing less pain, so I traveled from Jinja to Kampala for rehab 2 or 3 times per week until the end of March, at which time Dr Ruth referred me to a number of orthopaedic specialists for the next phase of treatment.

Nerves and Bones is run very professionally, with a high regard for  team work and relationship with patients.

As I write this review,  it is now May 2023.

I GIVE THANKS TO GOD THAT I AM PAIN FREE!

I highly recommend Nerves and Bones Rehabilitation Centre for pain management and healing.

HardWare World Ltd is a comprehensive hardware store located in Ntinda, offering a wide range of construction and home improvement supplies.

Best hardware shopping experience.
It is more like a supermarket of hardware of sorts
Get all you plumbing, electrical, wall painting paints, tools, metals, lights etc

Ample & Well demarcated parking.
They offer delivery too

Managing projects mainly in construction/engineering projects mainly in Uganda calls for a specialist to know Hardware World. Do your shopping at one go and thank me later. Incase they fail to have any item, they will recommend you to the best in town.

With that said, the management of Hardware World should invest in training their support personnel in their shop for purpose of building strong clientale.

A one stop shop. You will find all you need for your construction site, farm  or home in general... just avoid LUNCH HOURS, shop is open but not many are willing to assist you. Everyone is busy eating their lunch in their respective section...

I think they can do a better job at training the service attendants about the various products because several times when you ask for a product the seem not to have an idea if they have it or not. Other than that they seem fairly priced.
